Shipment

Orders take 3-5 business days to process and 2-3 days approximately for delivery. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, Puerto Rico holidays or Federal holidays. It depends on the availability of the product. Orders are shipped by USPS, and we reserve the right to choose the shipping company. Internationals shipping costs are calculated by weight and address. Unfortunately, Babalú Puerto Rico has no control over orders out for delivery, lost deliveries can be claimed directly to USPS.
