Returns

    2. Pack the item(s) securely, including the original invoice or proof of purchase.
    3. Ship the item(s) back to the return address provided.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds: Once your return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact our customer support team to request an exchange. The process is the same as returns, and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Late Returns

Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
